On February 19th, 2020, members from the Office of Court Administration traveled to Houston and met at the Harris County Court building, as part of a public engagement pilot project (PEPP). Potential jurors were then invited to have an informal conversation (as part of a focus group) with members of the PEPP to discuss what they like and potential improvements that could be made to help make court proceedings smoother going forward.
